Our goal is to enhance your photography. Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped within two to five business days via UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is available by calling us M-F 9AM-5PM. Please email us for International shipping quotes. As with everything we sell, you have a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping) on all of our products as long as they are returned with original packaging and accessories and in reasonably new condition. We do not pay for return shipping. All PBL, Britek and JTL products (not including bulbs) come with a one year factory warranty. We warranty our other products for six months. MILITARY AND STUDENT DISCOUNTS We are happy to extend a 10% discount to all students currently enrolled in a college or training school program, or to any active member of any branch of the armed services.
