The two main lights in this kit are the 1000 watt twin  lights.  Use directly with the included barndoors or with the softbox for soft directional light. These softboxes will give you a soft, wrap around light.

On the Boom Stand you can use one of the three 650 focusable lights. These are 650 watt focus adjustable lights. With these lights you can go from a broad beam to a spot. Either of these lights can be used directly, with the barn door or with the 24in x 24in softbox.
